I am sorry I paid money for this.

Terrible. There is not a single example, not a single picture or screen capture, the text is at times colloquial and at times just obscure. It was a waste of money and even a bigger waste of my time. There is nothing about strategy testing or automated trading in the book itself, only in the title. Chapter 7 "On Using NinjaScript" is only half a page long and it says that the usage of NinjaScript is beyond the scope of this guide, and then refers you to a list of NinjaScript consultants on the NinjaTrader web site. That is it! Nothing on strategy testing or automated trading. Not even an example of NinjaScript, or a mention of how to create a strategy. Don't waste your time on this one.

Simple book you can get much better information on NinjaTrader's website for free..

I found this to be too basic .. There is a lot of pages on basic moving round the software and hardly anything on what I really wanted the NinjaScript programming. I mean if you are a complete beginner, maybe it will be ok, but you can just get all this stuff for free online anyway. NT have loooddeess of videos and tutorials, they even have daily online webinars you can register for free and ask questions..
The 5* reviews are pretty much all fake, even a couple of the 4* reviews are fake (click on the authors and see what other books they left reviews for, you will notice they are all the same kinds of books). Which again backs up my point - if a book is that good why fake reviews...

It cannot be called a book. It is just a handout.

Much better information can be obtained from the NinjaTrader website. A reason I have purchased this book was for mobile reading to know more about trading and do self- training while on trip. But the content is so scanty. Wonder why this is on Amazon for sale.
